Sam Sorkin

Sam is a junior studying Civil Engineering, with a focus in Water Resources and Energy-Water-Environment Sustainability. He traveled on the 2024 Rio Pocoata Bridge project as the Construction manager, and served as the 2025 Qonapati Challviri project manager. He will be leading the 2026 design as the UIUC Design Lead. In his free time, Sam likes to go to the gym, rock climb, and listen to metal.
